Questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You get every feature free for 7 days (10 if you opt into the Ourlings AI trial). If you don't pick a plan, the app keeps working for one child on one device: the primary caregiver's, chosen at sign-up. Other caregivers and devices can still read for 48 hours, with an upgrade button, and then lock. Nothing you logged is deleted.
Does each caregiver need to pay?
No. One plan per family covers everyone you invite.
Can you read our data?
No. Entries are encrypted on your devices with a key only your family holds. That's also why we can't recover your data without your passphrase or recovery code.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. Export to CSV or JSON from More → Your data at any time, on any plan.
How do I cancel?
More → Plan → Manage billing. Monthly and annual plans keep working until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days. Ask within 14 days of paying and we will refund a monthly or annual plan, or a lifetime purchase, in full. After 14 days there are no prorated refunds, but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Ourlings AI works the same way: cancel any time, keep it until the end of the paid period, and get a full refund if you ask within 14 days. See the terms.
