Terms of Service
Effective date: November 5, 2026. These terms are between you and Powell Chee dba Ourlings ([Company]). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Not medical advice
Ourlings is a logging tool. Tips, feeding guides, growth percentiles and AI answers are general information, not medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for your passphrase and recovery code: because your data is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot recover it if you lose both. You're responsible for who you invite to your family; anyone in your family can see and add to its log.
Plans, trials and billing
Every new family gets a 7-day free trial (10-day free trial if your family opts into the Ourlings AI trial, which includes Ourlings AI at lower usage limits than the paid add-on). No card is needed for the trial. There is one paid plan, the family plan, which covers unlimited children, caregivers and devices. You can pay for it monthly, annually or once for lifetime access, billed by Stripe. Ourlings AI is an optional paid add-on with its own monthly usage limits. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel any time from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current period. "Lifetime" means for the life of the service. Promotional codes have the limits stated with them.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you ask within 14 days of paying, we will refund a monthly or annual plan in full. Lifetime access is also refundable if you ask within 14 days of buying it. After those 14 days there are no prorated refunds. Ourlings AI follows the same rules: cancel any time and keep it until the end of the paid period, with a full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying. To ask for a refund, email us from the address on your account.

Free plan
If you don't choose a plan after the trial, logging stays free for one child on one device: the primary caregiver's, without sync. Other caregivers' devices can read the log for 48 hours and then lock until a plan is chosen. The primary caregiver can move free logging to another of their devices at most once a month. Nothing is deleted, and export is always available.

Your content
You own your data. You give us only the rights needed to store and sync it. Because it is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot read it.
Termination
